Keeping Watch with the Widget

Without opening the app, a Home Screen widget lets you check the latest product display for your "companion of the moment" and Balance. It is a quick way to review the display when it catches your eye.

Feelmo is not an app that guesses your emotions or measures overall autonomic balance. It uses proprietary on-device processing to summarize HRV-derived information available through Apple Watch / HealthKit and patterns in your own past. The widget is a shortcut to the latest product display.

How to Add It

Here's how to place the widget on your iPhone Home Screen.

  1. Press and hold on an empty part of the Home Screen (the icons will start to jiggle, putting you in edit mode)
  2. Tap the "+" in the top-left corner (or "Edit" → "Add Widget")
  3. Choose Feelmo from the list
  4. Swipe left and right to pick a size, then tap "Add Widget"
  5. Drag it to wherever you like, then tap "Done" in the top-right corner to confirm

Choosing a Size

The small “Balance Score” widget places your “companion of the moment” and Balance in one tile. The medium size also includes an in-product reference informed by your own past trend. Detailed comparison and display rules are not public. You can place it on the Lock Screen (circular, inline, or rectangular) too. Feelmo also offers Weekly Balance, Today's Care, Sleep, and Breathe widgets. You can change the widget later at any time.

What the Widget Shows

The widget quietly lays out just the most important parts of the balance gauge from the app's Home screen.

  • Companion of the moment … One of Feelmo's six product characters. Display rules are not public, and the character does not determine your mood, fatigue, stress, recovery, health, or activity safety.
  • Balance … The latest proprietary Balance value (0–100), summarizing available HRV-derived information and patterns in your own past. The processing details are not public. Lower and higher are product bands, not medical normal/abnormal ranges or measures of emotion, fatigue, stress, or recovery.

Tapping the widget opens Feelmo, where you can take a closer look at things like the balance gauge on the Home screen and your long-term trends.

There are other widgets too

Besides "Balance Score," you can also pick these widgets from Feelmo's list:

  • Weekly Balance … Your Balance trend over the last 7 days, as a small line.
  • Today's Care … A general action prompt. It does not guarantee an effect or determine what is safe for you.
  • Sleep … An in-app sleep display and Apple Watch's estimated sleep duration; neither is a clinical sleep test.
  • Breathe … A shortcut to follow a visual breathing pacer at a comfortable pace.

How to Read the Numbers

Balance is not a score for comparing yourself with others. It is a reference to review alongside your own past trend; detailed comparison rules are not public. A higher or lower value does not establish your condition or tell you whether to work, exercise, or rest.

When the Display Updates

The widget is not a real-time medical monitor. Depending on iOS and HealthKit state, it may update later than the main app. Detailed proprietary processing and update rules are not public. Tap the widget to open Feelmo when you want to check the latest app screen.

When It Says "No Data Yet"

Check Apple Watch connectivity, HealthKit records and permissions, and Feelmo synchronization. Detailed display rules are not public, and wearing Apple Watch overnight does not guarantee a display or accuracy. If it still does not appear, see When Balance Does Not Appear.

Your Data Is Yours

Balance and HRV-derived data shown in the widget are processed on your device and are not uploaded automatically to Provider servers. If you start an export or share, selected content goes to your chosen destination. Apple syncing follows your settings, and you can delete Feelmo’s in-app data.

However

Neither the widget's display nor the balance itself is a medical diagnosis. Feelmo is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. It's only meant to gently keep watch over trends compared with "the usual you." If you notice a change in how you feel that concerns you, please consult a medical professional.
