Condition Forecast

The Condition Forecast (“Getting Ready for Tomorrow”) in Feelmo Premium is an in-product reference for thinking about the next morning. Details of its proprietary processing and display rules are not public.

Despite the word “forecast,” it does not promise a weather-like hit rate. It does not measure, diagnose, or predict tomorrow’s fatigue, concentration, stress, mood, recovery, symptoms, or whether an activity will be safe.

In one line

Use the Condition Forecast as a secondary reference when planning tomorrow. Give priority to how you feel, your sleep, symptoms, and circumstances.

What can the Condition Forecast tell me?

It tells you only the in-product reference information that Feelmo displays. It is not a medical normal range, a probability of illness, a statistical confidence interval, or a clinically validated personal prediction. Its presence or content cannot establish that you will feel well tomorrow or should rest.

Can Apple Watch records predict how I will feel tomorrow?

Current evidence does not show that a few wrist-derived measurements can provide a general, causal prediction of an individual’s condition the next day. HRV is an indirect clue affected by breathing, posture, sleep, exercise, alcohol, medication, health, and measurement conditions.

Feelmo does not claim to overcome those limits with a medical prediction. Individual predictive accuracy and health benefit have not been clinically validated.

What do the words and graphics on the screen mean?

The words and graphics are in-product expressions intended to prompt reflection on your plans. They are not separate sensor measurements, clinically validated predictions, probabilities, or diagnostic results. Detailed processing and display rules are not public.

How should I use the tomorrow-morning view?

  1. Start with actual sleepiness, pain, fever, breathlessness, and other symptoms.
  2. Consider known context such as sleep, plans, and recent activity.
  3. Treat the tomorrow-morning view as a prompt to review your plans, not as a verdict.
  4. Seek qualified medical advice for concerning symptoms regardless of the display.

Can it show whether a habit worked?

Habit association patterns summarize observational relationships between habits you logged and Balance. Proprietary processing details are not public. The display is not proof that a habit caused an effect.

Not for medical decisions

The Condition Forecast is not output from a medical device and cannot guide diagnosis, treatment, or exercise safety. For severe or persistent symptoms, seek qualified care without waiting for an app display.
