About Feelmo Premium
One of Feelmo Premium's main features is a tomorrow-morning reference called “Condition Forecast” in the app. It does not promise accuracy or provide a diagnosis. Detailed proprietary processing and display conditions are not public.
The free plan includes the core morning features. Feelmo Premium is an optional subscription for people who want longer record reviews and additional in-product references.
Feelmo is a tool for comparing its Balance display over time. It summarizes available HRV-derived information and patterns in your own past records with proprietary processing. It does not directly measure emotion or the state of your autonomic nervous system.
First, something we want you to know
Feelmo's core features are available on the free plan. The current free plan includes today's Balance, six product characters, six guided-breathing patterns, and today and yesterday's wellbeing. Premium is an optional plan that adds a tomorrow-morning reference and longer look-backs.
What you can do for free
On the free plan, Feelmo's daily companionship works fully.
- Today's Balance and the six companions … a proprietary wellness display based on available HRV-derived information and your own past trends. Processing and character-display rules are not public, and the faces do not determine your actual mood or condition
- Mood log and calendar … review the product display and add an optional note about how you actually felt; the character is not an inferred mood
- Guided breathing (with heart sounds, six techniques) … 4-7-8, Box, Calm, Energy, Sigh, and Coherent
- Well-being and habit logging (today and yesterday) … watch over habits like sleep, sunlight, activity, and hydration for today and yesterday
- Clear data handling … Feelmo processes HRV-derived data on device and does not automatically send it to Provider servers. User sharing and Apple syncing are separate (details)
For watching over "today and this week," free is plenty. Premium is the option for when you want to see the "longer flow" beyond that, and the "just for you" view.
What Premium opens up
When you turn on Premium, the following features unlock. None of them replace the free watching over; instead, they add a longer time span and a reading tuned to your own data.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Tomorrow-morning reference (called “Condition Forecast” in the app) | An in-product display for thinking about the next morning. Detailed proprietary processing and display conditions are not public. Individual predictive accuracy and health benefit have not been clinically validated, and it does not predict or diagnose condition, symptoms, or activity safety |
| Long-term trends (Balance and HRV) | The flow of the proprietary Balance display and HRV across weeks, months, and years. You can compare changes in your own records across seasons and daily routines |
| History up to one year | Go back beyond today and yesterday to revisit habits, sleep (including the 12-month view and past nights), sunlight, steps, and respiratory rate, up to one year back. (Your Mood Log's weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews are already free.) |
| Habit-related patterns | Summarize observational relationships between habits you logged and Balance. Proprietary processing details are not public, and the display does not establish causal effects |
| Kokoro Report + shareable PDF | Gather a span of your app records into an easy-to-read look-back, and export an A4, 3-page reference PDF that you may choose to show a healthcare professional. It is not a clinical record or test result |
| Shareable cards | Export your balance reflections as image cards to keep or share |
When you tap a locked screen
When you tap a Premium-only view — long-term trends, the yearly sleep view, a past-day look-back, habit-related patterns, or the forecast — the purchase guidance (Paywall) appears. There's no need to force your way through. Whenever something catches your interest, you can take your time and choose.
How to read each feature
Read the screens, if useful, alongside your own past trend and actual experience rather than as a comparison with other people. Detailed comparison rules are not public.
Tomorrow-morning reference
Feelmo presents in-product reference information for thinking about the next morning. Detailed proprietary processing and display conditions are not public. Individual predictive accuracy and health benefit have not been clinically validated, and the feature does not predict or diagnose fatigue, concentration, stress, mood, recovery, symptoms, or activity safety. See Condition Forecast for a careful reading guide.
Long-term trends (Balance and HRV)
Balance is Feelmo's proprietary wellness display summarizing available HRV-derived information and patterns in your own past records. The processing details are not public. Balance is not a clinical scale and does not directly measure autonomic function, emotion, fatigue, or recovery. Compare weeks, months, and years with your own usual range rather than diagnosing yourself from one day. A screen labeled “autonomic trajectory” is also a proprietary trend display, not a medical autonomic test.
Habit-related patterns
The feature summarizes observational relationships between habits you logged and Balance. Proprietary processing and display details are not public. A displayed pattern does not prove that a habit caused the change or improved health. Use it as a look-back cue, not a diagnosis or recommendation. See Habit-related patterns.
Kokoro Report / shareable cards
The Kokoro Report gathers a span of app records and your optional notes into one place for review. It is a wellness summary, not a clinical report or medical interpretation. You reach it from the Trends tab (the "See your Kokoro Report" button).
From there you can export an A4, three-page reference PDF designed for black-and-white printing. You may choose to show it during a consultation, but it does not replace a clinical history, examination, or test result.
- Page 1 — a summary of key in-app records, trends, a calendar, and product-generated Highlights. Detailed summarization rules are not public
- Page 2 — detailed data: weekly HRV / resting heart rate, and a short glossary
- Page 3 — a day-by-day table (up to the most recent 31 days; when the range is longer, it honestly notes "showing the most recent X of Y days")
You can add a message to your clinician, export anonymously (with your name hidden), and it covers the period you’re viewing in Trends — this week, this month, or this year. Your balance reflections can also be kept or shared as image cards.
The Kokoro Report organizes records shown in the app. It is not a diagnosis, medical record, or autonomic-function test.
About pricing
Feelmo Premium comes in three plans to choose from. The best value is the yearly plan.
- Yearly … ¥4,980 / year. Eligible Apple IDs may be shown a ¥2,980 first-year offer (about ¥248 a month when divided by 12; billed annually).
- Monthly … ¥980 / month. Eligible Apple IDs may be shown a 1-week free trial.
- Weekly … ¥480 / week (an easy way in, no free trial).
The forecast's proprietary processing and display conditions are not public. More days of use or more records do not guarantee greater accuracy or a correct forecast.
About pricing
Prices are examples for Japan. A free trial or first-year offer applies only when shown to an eligible customer on the purchase screen. The purchase screen controls the current duration, price, billing, and renewal terms, which may vary by country or region.
Purchase, restore, and cancel
- Purchase … done from the Premium guidance in the app, via the App Store (Apple ID). You can also proceed from the purchase guidance (Paywall) that appears when you tap a locked screen
- Restore … after changing devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen. With the same Apple ID, your previous subscription returns just as it was
- Cancel … you can cancel anytime from iOS "Settings → your name → Subscriptions." Even after canceling, you can keep using Premium as-is until the end of the subscription period
Even if you cancel, your data stays
Even if you cancel Premium, your past records won't disappear. The Premium-only screens simply become hidden, while the free watching over—today's Balance score, the six companions' expressions, the guided breathing, the weekly view—continues just as before.
Your data stays in your hands
Feelmo processes HRV-derived data and scores on device and does not automatically send them to Provider servers. If you start a PDF export or share, selected content goes to your chosen destination. Apple storage and syncing follow your settings. See Privacy.
Important limitation
Feelmo's displays are proprietary reference information summarized from available HRV-derived information and patterns in your own past. Processing details are not public. They do not directly measure autonomic function, emotion, fatigue, or recovery, and they do not predict or diagnose health conditions. Feelmo is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you have persistent or concerning symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
