Mood Log
The measurement-based Body Pattern and the State of Mind you choose to record are separate. In Mood Log, you can record a moment or a day, feelings, associated events and an optional note. Saving a new State of Mind entry requires iOS 18 or later and permission to write to Apple Health. Optional cycle tracking lets you record periods, symptoms and basal body temperature, and see an estimated next-period start when available. It does not determine ovulation or fertility.
Feelmo’s six companions give everyday changes a friendly face, making them easier to notice than numbers alone. Take a moment with them to ask, “How am I doing today?” and find your own pace.
Feelmo reads only the Health data types you allow. Saving a new State of Mind entry requires iOS 18 or later, separate permission to write to Apple Health, and your explicit Save action after reviewing it. With the relevant write permissions, completed breathing sessions, manually logged water and caffeine, and supported cycle entries can also be saved to Apple Health. State of Mind free-text notes, Balance and body-derived product characters are not written. Importing existing State of Mind entries and saving a new entry are separate actions.
Health-data analysis and Feelmo records stay on your device and are not automatically sent to the Provider’s servers. Optional iCloud sync is off by default and includes only settings without health data. It does not transfer Feelmo records to another device. Apple Health storage and syncing follow your Apple settings. An export or share you start sends your chosen content to your chosen destination. Resetting Feelmo does not delete Apple Health records.
Feelmo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease or symptoms. For health concerns or severe or persistent symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional in your region, regardless of the app’s display.
