Your Morning Balance and Getting Ready for Tomorrow
Feelmo uses proprietary on-device processing to summarize HRV-derived information available through Apple Watch / HealthKit and patterns in your own past. Processing and display rules are not public. This page explains how to read the morning screens without confusing them with judgments about health, autonomic function, or emotion.
Feelmo's starting point
When the product display and your experience differ, give priority to your experience. Feelmo does not directly measure mood, fatigue, stress, recovery, or autonomic state.
In what order should I check the morning screen?
- Check your sleep, sleepiness, pain, fever, breathlessness, and other symptoms.
- Consider the record time and how Apple Watch was worn.
- Use Balance, HRV, heart rate, and sleep as secondary information.
- Add an optional note for events you want to remember.
Balance (0–100) is an in-product reference, not a medical normal value. HRV varies greatly between people and is affected by breathing, posture, sleep, exercise, alcohol, medication, health, and measurement conditions. Do not infer your health from one high or low day.
See Balance, Your baseline, and Understanding HRV for more detail.
Do the six characters determine my mood?
No. The six companions are product characters. They are not a mood you entered or an AI determination of emotion, fatigue, stress, or recovery. Character-display rules are not public.
Use the optional note if you want to record your actual mood or what happened. Treat the product display and self-report as different kinds of information.
What does “Getting Ready for Tomorrow” mean?
“Getting Ready for Tomorrow,” or the Condition Forecast, is an in-product reference in Feelmo Premium for thinking about the next morning. Details of its proprietary processing and display conditions are not public.
Despite the word “forecast,” it does not measure, diagnose, or predict next-day fatigue, concentration, stress, mood, recovery, symptoms, or whether an activity will be safe. Individual predictive accuracy and health benefit have not been clinically validated.
What if it does not appear?
A missing display can have several possible causes. Apple Watch / HealthKit may have no available record, permissions or synchronization may need attention, or an in-product display condition may apply. Detailed rules are not public, and the presence of a display does not guarantee accuracy.
See When Balance does not appear for practical checks.
How should I use the next-morning display?
- Treat it as a secondary prompt to review your plans.
- Give priority to how you feel, symptoms, sleep, and circumstances.
- Agreement with your experience does not establish predictive accuracy or causation.
- Seek qualified medical advice for severe or persistent symptoms without waiting for the display.
Habit association patterns likewise show associations in observational records, not proof that a habit caused an effect.
Not for medical decisions
Balance and Getting Ready for Tomorrow cannot guide diagnosis, treatment, or exercise safety. Seek qualified care for health concerns regardless of the display.
