Data & Privacy
Feelmo is designed to keep app health records on your device and not use them for advertising or sale. This page describes health data handled inside the Feelmo app. Information you choose to send through the website contact form—such as your name, email address, and message—is handled separately to answer the inquiry and prevent abuse. See the Privacy Policy for the formal terms.
What stays on your device
Feelmo stores mood logs, HRV-derived data, behavior tags, and wellbeing records on your device by default and does not automatically send them to Provider servers. Exports and shares that you start, and Apple-side storage and syncing, are separate paths explained below.
The data that Feelmo stores on the device is not included in Feelmo's iCloud Sync (in line with Apple's guidelines, Feelmo does not store HealthKit-derived health information in iCloud). When you turn on iCloud Sync in Settings, only non-health settings—such as notification, appearance, and reminder preferences and an optional display name—are synchronized. This uses Apple's iCloud settings sync and does not send those settings to the Provider's servers. iCloud Sync is off by default. Source records managed by Apple's Health app are separate from Feelmo and follow Apple's own sync and backup settings.

HealthKit access
- Types needed for core features are explained and requested during initial setup. If you later use an optional feature such as State of Mind, Feelmo may request the additional types that feature needs
- You can revoke any data type at any time from Settings
- The Provider does not use HealthKit data for advertising, sell it, or provide it to third parties. Exports and shares that you initiate are not treated as Provider disclosure
Deletion
You can delete your data at any time. Your data is always yours. Deleting the app's data (Reset) removes only the Feelmo data on this device — your data in Apple's Health app (HRV, sleep, water, caffeine, and so on) is not deleted.
Changing devices
Mood logs, HRV-derived data, and product displays stored by Feelmo do not carry over through Feelmo's iCloud Sync. Turning on iCloud Sync in Settings synchronizes only non-health settings, including an optional display name. Source HRV and sleep records follow the Apple Health settings and may be available again after a device change, allowing Feelmo to read compatible records again. A recalculated product display is not guaranteed to match the earlier one.

In-app text & languages
The gentle words of observation and summaries are composed on your device in the language you've selected. They are not uploaded automatically to the Provider's servers. Only content you choose leaves the app when you initiate a PDF export or share.
